Yin Yoga is an inward journey that releases tension, creates inner space, and gently urges you to let go of expectations.
It slowly and deeply opens your hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine.
You’ll cultivate receptivity as you challenge yourself to surrender and discover how profound and meditative this practice can be.
Yin Yoga offers much-needed nourishment for the joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
It’s complimentary to other physical activities like running, swimming, cycling, and weight training, as it counteracts intense muscle contraction and allows for deepening and strengthening.
This workshop is suited for all levels.
